The information found on form TPZ-1179-V: Logging operations return should be entered into H&R Block’s tax software by anyone who is carrying on logging operations in Québec.
Note: This form is for use by individuals, trusts, or people who are a member of one or more partnerships that carry on logging operations. This form should not be confused with form COZ-1179-T: Logging operations return, which is used by corporations. If you carried out logging operations during the tax year, you will receive form TPZ-1179-V already completed. You can enter the amounts it displays into the tax software in the appropriate location, in Schedule E: Tax adjustments and credits.
Note that Schedule E will only appear if you told us that you lived in Québec as of December 31st of the tax year.
