Name your document and receipt files according to what information they contain. This makes it easy for you and your Tax Expert to identify which documents have been uploaded. For example, if you’re uploading your T4, include the word ‘T4’ and the name of the company that issued it in the file name (T4_CompanyName, CompanyNameT4, CompanyName_T4 etc).
It’s important to give each item you upload a different name. If multiple items are uploaded with the same name, they will not appear as separate items in your account.
